Mechanical Engineer

This is a hands-on production engineering role within a consistent, dedicated MEP team that works across projects. The successful candidate will be teamed with existing senior staff, including a client-facing senior engineer who works directly with the MEP team on production calculations and related technical work.

This position is best suited for someone who works in Revit and Bluebeam day to day and is comfortable operating within a matrix structure, where engineers are assigned to projects based on their skills.

The ideal candidate collaborates effectively with teams and integrates smoothly into established design and production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of a dedicated MEP team that supports projects on an ongoing basis

• Partner with an existing client-facing senior engineer on production calculations and related mechanical engineering work

• Produce mechanical engineering deliverables in Revit

• Collaborate with assigned internal staff across projects under a matrix assignment model

• Support mechanical scope on projects located in California, including work subject to Title 24 energy compliance requirements

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Revit

• Proficiency in Bluebeam

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AutoCAD

• Familiarity with Energy Pro or similar energy modeling software

• Experience with Title 24 compliance on California projects
