Key Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance support, including installation, planned preventive, and reactive maintenance, for site services and equipment.
- Perform servicing and maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, and mechanical systems, including pump seals, bearings, and alignment.
- Participate in the on-call rota, nightshift pattern within the Maintenance Team during client occupations.
- Prioritise work to meet business needs effectively.
- Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs.
- Oversee contractors on-site, ensuring tasks are performed to required standards.
- Provide specialist technical support related to building plant and equipment.
- Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Engineering/Technical qualification (Apprenticeship or NVQ level 3 in a relevant discipline such as mechanical/plumbing/HVAC).
- Experience in building services & mechanical servicing/maintenance, inc. pump seals, bearings, & alignment.
- Ability to write reports and job sheets either manually or electronically.
- Competence in other areas of building services (BMS, Electrical).
- Hold a full clean UK driving license.
Skills Required
- Engineering or technical qualification, such as an apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3, in mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or a related discipline.
- Experience in building services and mechanical servicing or maintenance.
- Experience servicing and maintaining pumps, including pump seals, bearings, and alignment.
- Ability to write reports and job sheets manually or electronically.
- Competence in other building services areas, including BMS and electrical systems.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Availability to participate in on-call and nightshift maintenance rotations.
