Our growing Portland office is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with three to five years of experience in the consulting engineering field, who is passionate about their craft and looking for an environment that promotes professional growth. The desired individual should be comfortable consulting to architects, owners, and general contractors, and have a desire to work as part of a multidiscipline engineering team. We value self-motivated individuals with an enthusiastic mindset, an interest to work on diverse projects, and attention to detail to deliver quality engineering services.
Qualifications- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HVAC and plumbing engineering experience.
- Familiarity with relevant codes: mechanical, energy, plumbing and building
- Registration as either an E.I.T or a P.E. (required)
- Contribute to Coffman’s marketing and business initiatives as needed.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit, Bluebeam, and general electronic drawing format software (required).
