Job DescriptionIn this role, you translate ideas into practical, manufacturable solutions. You work on the design and development of mechanical components, ensuring they are technically sound, robust, and cost-efficient.
What will you do?
- You design plastic and metal parts such as enclosures, heatsinks, and brackets
- You perform tolerance analysis and mechanical evaluations
- You take into account thermal, mechanical, and environmental constraints
- You collaborate closely with teams across R&D, production, sourcing, and quality
- You coordinate with external partners and suppliers
- You contribute to the industrialization of new products
- You hold a Master’s degree in industrial design or a related field
- You have experience in mechanical design (plastics and/or metal is a plus)
- You have strong 3D CAD skills (preferably NX)
- You have solid knowledge of materials, tolerances, and manufacturing processes
- You communicate clearly and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders
- You are detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven
- You can manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You have an interest in leading a small team (a plus)

Skills Required
- Master's degree in industrial design or a related field
