As a Mechanical Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will contribute to the design, development, and testing of mechanical components and systems. You will apply engineering principles to support project goals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance.

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Mexico City, Mexico location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the successful delivery of mechanical engineering solutions that meet customer requirements and support Honeywell’s commitment to innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies according to project specifications. 
  • Perform mechanical analysis and testing to validate designs and ensure compliance with quality standards. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and resolve engineering issues. 
Qualifications

MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 0-2 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical design principles and methodologies
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD, and familiarity with mechanical analysis tools to support design validation and optimization
  • Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards applicable to mechanical engineering
