We're looking for an Operations Specialist (part-time, 20 hours per week) to join our team as we prepare to open our exciting new MECCA Macquarie store!

If you're passionate about creating seamless store operations and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this role is for you.

As an Operations Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our brand-new store to life by ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

From inventory management and stock flow to operational excellence and maintaining exceptional back-of-house standards, you'll help create the foundations for an outstanding customer experience from day one.

Our Macquarie store is expected to open in the final quarter of 2026, with onboarding and training commencing ahead of opening.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard 

  • Support management team in the delivery of MECCA’s customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus 

  • Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes  

  • Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities
