  • Collaborate with concession partners and brand stakeholders to ensure a seamless and premium customer journey.

  • Lead with agility, confidently making decisions and solving complex business challenges in a fast-moving environment.

What you'll bring to this role:

  • Significant leadership experience managing large, complex, customer-focused businesses with multiple leadership layers and sizeable teams.

  • Demonstrated success leading through influence, building credibility and managing diverse stakeholder groups across all levels of an organisation.

  • Experience navigating complex business structures, balancing competing priorities while delivering commercial and operational outcomes.

  • A strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate business insights into action.

  • Exceptional people leadership skills, with a proven track record of coaching, developing and empowering leaders to achieve outstanding results.

  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building capabilities, with the confidence to influence, challenge and collaborate across a broad stakeholder network.

  • A calm, adaptable leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

  • A genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences for both customers and team members.
