We’re looking for an experienced Flagship Sales Manager to help lead one of our categories in our MECCA George Street Flagship in NSW!
Along with driving the strategic priorities for the store, you will also lead a high-performing team of Leaders, Service Specialists and Store Hosts to ensure an exceptional and consistent experience for all customers.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
As a Flagship Sales Manager you'll work on a full-time basis. This may include shifts across late night and weekend peak trade.
Lead by example, deliver and drive exceptional customer experiences while ensuring MECCA’s customer service standards are upheld.
Partnering with the Flagship Store Manager, Services & Events Manager, and Operations Manager to ensure every customer leaves looking and feeling their best
Demonstrate a strong understanding of key performance indicators to drive commercial results, ensuring the team works towards these goals daily.
Partner with stakeholders to implement trials and innovations, providing support through feedback, data analysis, and continuous process improvement.
Collaborate with concession partners to deliver a seamless customer experience, enhance operational efficiency, and drive trade.
Operate with agility, achieving best-in-class outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Apply critical thinking to solve complex problems using a decision-making matrix.
What you’ll bring to this role:
Extensive experience (minimum 2-3 years) managing a large format retail environment where you inspire, coach and train large teams.
A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments.
Strong stakeholder management experience, internally and externally.
Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development.
A make-it-happen mindset with a proven ability to develop strong relationships.
Genuine care for people, always striving to create the best possible team member experience.
An ability to think big and long-term, and drive change through influencing others .
