About the Role:

The Measurement Delivery Execution team partners closely with Measurement Client Engagement to deliver end-to-end measurement projects. In this role, you will lead project planning and oversee day-to-day execution to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across initiatives.

Project Managers are aligned to client portfolios and support a range of Measurement products, working across varying timelines, teams, and deliverables. Success in this role requires strong organization, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to clarifying requirements. You will take full ownership of your projects, driving them from initiation through completion while maintaining alignment across teams.

Skills & Core Competencies:

  • Organization & Planning: Prioritize work, manage project plans, and track progress across timelines, deliverables, and activities.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly, concisely, and proactively (both written and verbal).
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment, resolve issues, and deliver against objectives. Foster strong working relationships.
  • Problem Solving: Assess risks, priorities, and urgency to make informed, timely decisions that support project success, including identifying and managing out-of-scope work.
  • Project Execution & Oversight: Own end-to-end project delivery, including timeline development, milestone tracking, resource coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery quality.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Req or at least 3 years of equivalent experience
  • Experience in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or Communications (preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Ability to manage timelines/project plans while
  • Experienced in managing a high volume of projects at once, with various requirements and timelines
  • Data background (not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems

  • Adobe Workfront: Project Management Software
  • Microsoft Office:
    • PowerPoint: creating internal kickoff decks
    • Outlook & Teams: email and communication
    • Copilot: AI assistant

Common Tasks:

  • Using Workfront project templates to manage the delivery projects for Measurement projects
  • Developing ad-hoc Workfront project templates for custom requests
  • Preparing and leading cross-functional team calls (standups, status calls, kickoffs, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain templates (Workfront, kickoff decks, etc.)
  • Communication with global cross-functional teams for resource management, issue resolution, and issue clarification
  • Creation of SOPs, engagement models and other training materials
  • Issue submission and oversight in Workfront
  • Process refinement and development
