Job Summary

  • Seeking a Data Scientist to support multiple Computer Network Operations (CNO) mission areas by applying advanced analytics and artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) techniques to optimize mission workflows, automate processes, and enhance collection processing
  • This role operates in a dynamic, mission-driven environment requiring adaptability, technical expertise, and the ability to rapidly pivot based on evolving operational priorities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Apply AI/ML techniques to support optimization, automation, and enhancement of CNO mission workflows
  • Develop data-driven solutions to improve collection processing, analysis, and operational efficiency
  • Build, test, and deploy machine learning models using Python within Jupyter Notebook environments
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
  • Collaborate with mission teams across multiple CNO areas to develop and refine analytic approaches
  • Rapidly adapt to changing mission priorities and support time-sensitive operational requirements
  • Develop scripts, models, and tools to automate data processing and analysis tasks
  • Document methodologies, model performance, and analytic findings

Required Qualifications

  • Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (MD Customer)
  • Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree with 10 years of in-depth relevant experience that is clearly related to the position
  • Experience applying AI/ML techniques to real-world data problems
  • Proficiency in Python and experience working in Jupyter Notebook environments
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and data analysis tools
  • Ability to operate effectively in a team-based, mission-focused environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt and pivot in response to changing priorities

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Computer Network Operations (CNO) mission areas
  • Familiarity with Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) concepts and workflows
  • Experience with CNO tools and mission platforms

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
