Job Summary
- Seeking a Test Engineer to plan, design, execute, and document test activities to ensure system functionality, performance, security, and reliability meet mission and contractual requirements
- This role supports the full system development lifecycle and collaborates with systems engineers, developers, cybersecurity personnel, and program leadership to validate technical solutions
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop Test and Evaluation (T&E) strategies, plans, and procedures
- Define test objectives, acceptance criteria, and traceability to requirements
- Design test cases, scripts, and automated test frameworks
- Execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and system-level tests
- Document defects, track resolution, and verify corrective actions
- Maintain Requirements Verification Traceability Matrices (RVTM)
- Ensure test coverage aligns with system requirements and mission objectives
- Validate compliance with technical, security, and interoperability standards
Required Qualifications
- Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
- Minimum of 10 years' related experience
- Experience with
- Test automation (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, etc.)
- Building and updating test automation scripts
- Test Reports
- Jira
- Conducting end to end regression testing
- Creating and maintaining RVTMs
- Test Cases generation and execution
- Familiarity with the Linux operating system and basic Linux commands
- Strong ability to analyze system specifications and detect, document, and troubleshoot bugs
- Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting bugs and collaborating with developers
