Job Summary
- Seeking a Software Engineer responsible for supporting the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software systems and applications
- Working under the guidance of senior engineers, this role contributes to coding tasks, debugging, documentation, and basic software engineering activities while learning established development processes and technical practices
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
- Debug existing software and correct defects
- Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards
- Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features
- Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments
- Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories
Required Qualifications
- Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
- No demonstrated experience is required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
- Four (4) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
