AIM OF THE JOB:
To ensure all administrative duties assigned are professionally carried out.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- To be responsible for the general office administration and management, including the administration of correspondence, mail, circulars, etc.
- To assist in the renewal of contracts and documentations
- To assist in the calling of quotations for operation works and purchase of maintenance parts, equipment stationery, etc.
- To prepare Purchase Orders and follow up related payment
- To assist in the operation and submission of operation reports/ budgets.
- To assist to arrange training attendance and prepare training documents
- To assist in coordination and liaising with contractors, tenants, vendors and the local authorities relating to Property Management/ Engineering matters.
- To assist in coordinating any other matters that may arise out in Property Management
- Handling other daily tasks given by Chief Engineer.
- Demonstrate a good command of English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate a proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a teamwork spirit and strong work ethics.
- Have a good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Possess an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Be willing to learn new functions, procedures and recognize opportunities to improve
