Key responsibilities:
• Complete the training and take up the work on MDM support.
• Work on various client projects as support specialist.
• Tracking and monitoring for all weekly processing and client releases.
• Provide application support for processing failures.
• Working with the onshore SDM and team leads
• Triage of platform / processing issues to the next level of support as required.
• Application QC.
Qualifications / Skills:
Experience: Freshers
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Required Experience / Skills:
Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge in SDLC.
• Basic knowledge of Database/ SQL
• Knowledge of computer languages.
Non-Technical Skills:
• Should have good Analytical skills.
• Should have good Communication skill.
• Should be good at Time Management & Organization Skills
• Should have a great Attitude.
• Should have the Passion for the work.
