MDM Platform Engineer (DE)

As an MDM Platform Engineer, you will be able to understand the E2E data flow that is being followed by the MDM ecosystem. You will play a key role in understanding and developing holistic features and solutions with the help of the architect that will enable a more integrated ecosystem where the MDM takes data from different sources and becomes the real source of truth across the company. DE skills will allow you to do data modeling inside of the MDM as well as the warehouse whenever this is required to stage the information for analytical purposes. Automation, scripting, and basic architectural knowledge are desirable.

Job Responsibilities:

• E2E Data Modeling Owner for everything related to MDM (Including Warehouse and Middle Layers).
• Owner of the Data Governance, Data Quality, and Accuracy of Identifiable Information across the different MDM stakeholders.
• Develop, test, and deliver modular extensible software code that meets business objectives and automation.
• Work to integrate data from disparate sources, ensuring data quality and consistency throughout the MDM system.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the upstream, customer data service, and downstream systems.
• Support production incident responses to ensure our SLAs are met.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, related technical field or experience.
• Python, SQL (Warehouse).
• Cloud (AWS).
• APIs.
• Data Management Tools (SQL, NoSQL)
• DE Foundations (Data Modeling, Governance, Quality).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and work
  independently.
• Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate and build consensus effectively across different teams and organizational levels.
• Ability to drive delivery of E2E projects.
• Desirable experience working with MDM and PII Data.
