Job Description: A MDM Mobile Device Management JAMF administrator manages and secures Apple devices Macs, iPhones, iPads within an organization using JAMF Pro software. This role involves deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting devices, as well as automating tasks and ensuring security compliance.  Device Management Deploying, configuring, and managing Apple devices macOS, iOS, iPadOS.Security Implementing and enforcing security policies, including device encryption, password policies, and app restrictions.

Mandatory Skills:

• AMF Pro Expertise: Advanced knowledge of JAMF Pro, including automation functions, API integrations, and scripting (zsh, bash).
• Device Management: Experience managing large-scale deployments of Apple devices (85,000+ devices).
• Automation: Proficiency in creating and managing automation workflows using JAMF Pro.
• Security: Strong understanding of Apple device security, including certificates, encryption, and compliance policies.
• Scripting: Intermediate to advanced scripting skills (zsh, bash) for automation and reporting.
• API Integration: Experience with JAMF Pro Classic API and JAMF Pro API for data management and automation.
• Data Management: Ability to read, parse, and manage data using JSON and property list (.plist) files.
• Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve device management issues.

Good To have Skills:

• JAMF 400 Certification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Apple device management.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale Apple device deployments in retail environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
