Job Description
How will you contribute:
- Responsible for financial reports, work closely with Kering Finance Shared Services Center to ensure smooth month-end closing activities, prepare presentation deck for business review with management team
- Standardize and improve financial performance review process
- Support preparation of budget and forecast process, monitor and control actual spending
- Analyze and investigate financial and business data,identify reasons of significant variances and take proper action if needed
- Improve compliance awareness of business team and enhance compliance environment
- Liaise and coordinate with internal audit and control team
- Assist in continuous digitalization and driving standardization to improve efficiencies
- Provide financial insights and perspectives to drive value-based decision-making and optimize business outcomes
- Provide finance support on regional growth projects when called up
Required skills:
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of relevant financial accounting experience in a retail environment
- Excellent knowledge in SAP, HFM, MS Office and other financial systems
- Strong business analytical skills
- Dynamic individuals with strong passion for fashion
- Able to work independently and set priorities to meet tight timelines
- Possess good communication skills with good command of English
