Summer Associate Internship Description:
TA Realty is currently seeking MBA Summer Associates for 2026. The summer internship experience will be project based with an emphasis on acquisitions and asset management that will allow the Summer Associate exposure to Partners and real estate professionals across the firm. The project scope is based on the current needs of the firm coupled with the interest and experience of the candidate, as appropriate. It is our expectation and desire for Summer Associates to be hands-on and have the ability to make a significant contribution working in our very entrepreneurial environment. TA has summer internship openings in our Boston, MA and/or Newport Beach, CA offices. The duration of these internships will be approximately 10 weeks, from mid-June through mid-August. Full-time offers of employment may come at the end of the internship depending on needs of the Firm and performance of the intern.

Qualifications & Education:
- Current first year student enrolled in an MBA program, preferably with real estate courses or concentrations.
- Preferred undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, or real estate-related field(s) a plus, but not required.
- 3-8 years of work experience.
- Proven history of academic and professional achievement.
- Demonstrated interest in Real Estate.
