MBA Internship, Corporate Strategy & Operations

A24 is currently seeking a highly-motivated MBA student for a 10-week summer internship on the Corporate Strategy and Operations team. The ideal candidate is someone who is solution-oriented, well organized, intellectually curious, and a team player. This position is based in our New York office with a target start date in June 2025.

Initial Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams & external partners to grow a portfolio of joint ventures and new business initiatives at A24 (details provided in interviews)
• Identify and implement processes to help improve corporate team operations
• Create high-level company materials (e.g., board decks, lender presentations, etc.)
• Support COO and corporate team on various ad hoc projects (e.g., market research, analysis of organic & inorganic growth opportunities, vendor / partner relationships, etc.)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Studying at a top MBA program
• Entrepreneurial mentality and comfort with ambiguity
• Ability to translate strategy into execution
• Demonstrated organizational agility
• Exceptional project management capabilities
• Effectiveness in balancing efficiency and precision
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

This internship will be full time hours for a 10-week duration and a target hourly range between $35-$40. Actual pay will depend on various considerations, including: education, experience, skills, specializations, training, and business needs.
