The Opportunity

Are you an MBA graduate looking to apply your strategic and operational expertise in a dynamic, high-impact environment? As a Program Manager Senior Analyst for the Strategy & Operations team, you’ll work alongside senior leaders, driving initiatives that shape the future of digital commerce across our portfolio of companies. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence business outcomes through hands-on experience in program management, business strategy, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategic Programs: Act as the Senior Analyst Program Manager for key projects. Oversee and execute high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, driving operational improvements that support Momentum's strategic goals across the portfolio.
  • Execute Operational Excellence: Take strategic recommendations from concept to execution, working cross-functionally to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Program Planning & Execution: Design comprehensive project plans, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work Closely with Senior Leadership: Partner with executives to solve key business challenges, facilitate workshops, and provide data-backed recommendations to drive strategic decisions.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities to streamline operations, enhancing business performance across shared services teams.
  • Deliver Data-Driven Reports: Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, challenges, and results, offering visibility into key initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • MBA Graduate (graduation date no later Spring 2025) with focus in Strategy, Operations, Project Management, or General Management.
  • 2-3 years of solid experience in Project or Program Management, Business Operations, Analytics, Strategy Consulting, or related fields. Experience with Finance is a plus.
  • Strong leadership potential with a proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects and make strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A growth mindset and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with digital commerce, SaaS environments, or experience in high-growth companies is preferred.

The base salary range for this position may vary based on location. Actual compensation will be determined by role, level, and location, considering additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. For roles eligible for remote work, the base salary is tailored to the designated work location. In addition to the base salary, candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus, determined based on both the company's business performance and individual contributions. The People & Culture team will provide specific details during the hiring process.
