Basic Purpose:
This position involves supporting, and growing sales of Maxolution, LLC rail guided systems, AGVs and other solutions.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000/yr
Education: BS in Electrical Engineering
Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Candidates with additional relevant degrees or certifications and extensive experience may be considered for the higher end of the salary range.

Top Actual Tasks for this role:
- Specify and sell Maxolution, LLC (the “Company”) solutions – rail guided, AGV and any other solution in a cost conscious manner. This requires knowledge of important application characteristics in such applications.
- Develop strategies and product comparisons for promoting MAXOLUTION, LLC solutions
- Generate quotes, Sizing documents, bill of material, and technical data as needed.
- Accompany MAXOLUTION, LLC technical staff to pre-qualify accounts and discuss, in-depth, the MAXOLUTION, LLC solutions which will best suit the application needs for that customer.
- Support MAXOLUTION, LLC technical staff and customers in the startup, commissioning, and programming of MAXOLUTION, LLC systems.
- Self-train on MAXOLUTION, LLC products on a continuous basis.

A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.

Skills Required

- At least 5 years direct experience with comparable system solutions (alternative to BS)
- Strong mathematics and physics aptitude for sizing and selecting power transmission equipment and controls
- Experience generating quotes, sizing documents, bills of material, and technical data
- Ability to support startup, commissioning, and programming of systems
- Strong oral, written, and organizational communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions
- Responsive to customers and timely handling of quotes and requests
