Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) QA Engineer to join our Supply Chain Practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing Manhattan Active WM implementations, enhancements, and production support. The candidate should possess strong warehouse domain knowledge and be capable of creating comprehensive test strategies, executing functional and integration testing, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Develop Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scenarios.
- Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Validate inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, allocation, and order fulfillment processes.
- Test warehouse RF transactions, mobile applications, and handheld devices.
- Execute API, event, and interface testing between MAWM and external systems such as ERP, OMS, TMS, WCS/WES, and automation equipment.
- Validate integrations using REST APIs, Postman, JSON, XML, and message queues.
- Identify, log, and track defects through Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Work closely with developers, configuration consultants, business analysts, and business users.
- Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Hands-on experience testing Manhattan Active Warehouse Management implementations, enhancements, and production support
- Strong warehouse domain knowledge
- Experience creating comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
- Experience with functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Experience testing warehouse inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, allocation, and order fulfillment processes
- Experience testing warehouse RF transactions, mobile applications, and handheld devices
- Experience with API, event, and interface testing using REST APIs, Postman, JSON, XML, and message queues
- Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps for defect tracking
