Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Manhattan Active WM Configuration Consultant with strong expertise in configuring Manhattan Active Warehouse Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience implementing and configuring MAWM for retail, eCommerce, or distribution environments and be capable of translating business requirements into scalable warehouse solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from warehouse operations teams.

- Facility
- Configure user roles, security, and permissions.
- Support integration testing with ERP, OMS, TMS, WCS, and automation systems.
- Participate in workshops, CRP sessions, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend configuration improvements.
- Prepare solution design and configuration documentation.
- Work closely with developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Skills Required
- Strong expertise configuring Manhattan Active Warehouse Management solutions
- Experience implementing and configuring MAWM for retail, eCommerce, or distribution environments
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable warehouse solutions
- Experience configuring warehouse structures, work groups, zones, locations, inventory attributes, item profiles, and warehouse strategies
- Experience supporting integration testing with ERP, OMS, TMS, WCS, and automation systems
- Experience participating in workshops, CRP, SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and recommend configuration improvements
- Ability to prepare solution design and configuration documentation
- Ability to collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders
