What You'll Do- Own the complete development cycle for the math team: define, prioritize, build, and lead the implementation and testing of new features within the studio development environment.
- Establish, coordinate, and refine product development processes through cooperation with process leaders and business partners across the studio.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the mathematicians’ team, ensuring project plans and delivery commitments are met.
- Coach and mentor mathematicians to grow their skills, improve their knowledge, and prepare them for future leadership roles within a high-growth, inclusive culture.
- Collaborate with other technical groups across diverse markets, including Class II, Historical Horse Racing, online social and iGaming, and lottery markets.
