Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Materials Management & Transportation Manager (Warehouse) (Level K) in Oklahoma City, OK 3PL warehouse. This position manages and integrates employees activities across more than one area in materials management and transportation. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees. Work with and provide oversight of 3PL to support BGS and BDS Supply Chain and Program requirements.
Position Responsibilities:

This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3 years or more of experience in a leadership role leading either projects, initiatives, or teams to meet business objectives and influence change
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- 5 years' experience with Supply Chain processes
- Must be able to travel at least 10%
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience in warehouse operations
- Experience working with a third party logistics (3PL) service provider
- Experience with supply chain/execution systems (process or tools) to ensure meeting customer requirements

Summary pay range: $105,300 - $122,850
