- Support the implementation and integration of master data management, data governance, and data quality tools with systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and McCain's Enterprise Data Platform.
- Monitor integrations between the MDM platform and connected systems, investigating failures and coordinating appropriate remediation.
- Perform root cause analysis of master data and workflow issues and ensure that corrective actions align with established governance policies and standards.
- Develop metrics, reports, audit methods, and automated validation approaches to monitor master data quality, integrity, and compliance.
- Analyze ABAP programs, Business Add-Ins, user exits, custom logic, SAP tables, CDS views, and data models associated with SAP MDG processes.
- Collaborate with ABAP developers and SAP technical teams to troubleshoot custom code, workflows, validation logic, derivations, and integration issues.
- Conduct impact assessments for system changes, upgrades, data model changes, and SAP S/4HANA transformation activities.
What you'll need to be successful.
- A bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least ten years of experience in data management or data governance, including experience with data quality, data protection, or related disciplines.

- Experience harmonizing systems, data, and processes across business areas, functions, or regions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to conduct root cause analysis and assess downstream impacts of master data changes.
- Experience working as part of an Agile team in a virtual and geographically distributed environment.
- The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver effectively with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- An SAP Master Data Governance certification, such as MDG100, would strengthen your candidacy.
- Experience with Product Information Management, data catalogs, data governance platforms, and other MDM systems would be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of the consumer packaged goods industry, including product hierarchies, SKU proliferation, and regulatory data requirements, would be considered an asset.
