Job Description

This is the job where you can fully value your communication and analytical skills as well as your excellent attention to details, while working with various stakeholders around the world.

As a Master Data Management Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining data history for audit purposes, you will receive/handle requests upon resolution, in a timely manner, being part of the Finance Support Services team of AtkinsRéalis’s Financial Shared Service Center based in Bucharest.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Overall maintenance of Vendor, Customer and Banking details, adhering to data governance policies and ensuring high quality of data
  • Investigate and resolve queries regarding the Oracle database (vendor, customer, employees, banking details matters), either by phone or email
  • Answer/initiate calls and emails, document and record all incidents/requests raised using a ticketing system
  • Build strong relationship with AtkinsRéalis internal and external customers
  • Share knowledge by contributing to the creation/update of team procedures and documentation
  • Identify process/system improvements opportunities and participate in their implementation
  • Collaborate with the other teams to address inquiries and disputes and make sure that an accurate database is maintained
  • Provide training to new joiners/BU and ensure knowledge transfer
  • Achieve and sustain best practices, quality and efficiency within a strong internal control framework
  • Consistently meet compliance measures and achieve service delivery standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English & Romanian, French is a plus
  • Proven experience in data entry, data maintenance or in an SSC is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong deep-dive analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good understanding of accounting principles is preferred
