This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business.
We have a great opportunity for a fixed term contract of 12 months (with potential to extend) for an entry level Master Data Administrator. This is a pivotal role within Alliance Healthcare and is responsible for high quality master data in multiple systems, ensuring adherence to company standards and governance. The role is hybrid working 2-3 days from our Chessington Office (KT9) so this should be easily commutable.
This position requires collaboration with internal teams to maintain processes that leverage both new and existing technologies in data capture and utilisation, facilitating operational efficiency. As a member of the Master Data team, the Master Data Administrator is responsible for accurate and timely response to requests for input and amendment to data, and for query resolution.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Leadership : Proactively handle daily and month-end tasks related to master data input in Leonardo, SAP, and Concerto.
- Daily: Ensure the prompt and precise setup of new lines, and maintain product and price files (full line and short line).
- Monthly: Accurately upload monthly price files across all categories to commence the new month and set up promotion costs and trades.
2. Reporting
- As required by Key Account Mangers (KAMs) for external customers (e.g. specific key accounts).
- Generate and distribute monthly reports showing the current hospital contracts in place, to individual suppliers.
- Provide supporting Leo reports on an ad hoc basis.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Foster and sustain robust connections with IT, Key Account Managers, Product Categories, Commercial Finance, and Customer Services. Address enquiries and effectively resolve issues in a timely manner.
4. Governance
- Maintain change controls to guarantee that all data modifications in Leonardo, SAP, and Concerto are thoroughly reviewed and possess a reliable audit trail.
- Ensure adherence to all SOX controls concerning pricing master data compliance.
- Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in managing master data across multiple systems, with a solid understanding of IT systems, including Excel, and proficiency in pricing platforms such as Leonardo, Concerto, and SAP S/4 Hana.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English, demonstrating exceptional organisational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail and a flexible, positive attitude.
- Proactive in handling personal responsibilities, demonstrating initiative, and consistently seeking opportunities for process improvement by identifying discrepancies.
- Continuously eager to learn and enquire to gain comprehensive understanding of the role.
