Master Black Belt (MBB)/Team Lead

Job Description:

Dynamo is seeking a Master Black Belt Team Lead who has experience in Green and Black Belt Training, facilitating workshops crossing multiple organizations and functional boundaries.  The position will operate in a hybrid setting.

Duties/ Responsibilities 

• Provide support to the Army National Guard’s Performance Improvement Office.
• Provide Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Master Black Belts support to drive performance improvement to enhance and sustain business operations within the Temple Army National Guard Readiness Center (TARC) and the 54 States and Territory.
• Providing analytical, operational and technical assistance to included facilitation and mentorship support to agency personnel to sustain a CPI culture.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Experience leading teams in PROCESS-BASED root cause analyses to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness for ARNG senior management.
• Proficient experience with DMAIC Project Methodology
• Seasoned facilitator skills with Business Process Re-engineering knowledge and abilities.
• Must have a valid, recognized third party certification as an MBB that required both successful completion of a test and project execution demonstration.
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel

Nice to Have Skills

• Military experience
• Experience within Army National Guard Headquarters, Arlington Hall Station
• Minitab Statistical Software Analysis
• PMP Certification 

Education and Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the field
• BA/BS Degree or MA/MS Degree
• At least 5 years consulting, advising, and working with Federal Government Senior Leaders (Flag Rank Officers and Senior Executive Services)

Travel Requirement:

• Occasional travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations

Clearance Requirement:

• Active Secret Clearance
