Key Responsibilities
Costume Assistance
  • Assist mascots and performers in putting on and removing costumes, ensuring a proper fit and comfort.
  • Help performers with quick changes during events, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Verify that all costume pieces, accessories, and props are correctly assembled and ready for use.
Costume Maintenance
  • Inspect costumes before and after use for cleanliness, damage, or wear and tear.
  • Perform minor repairs, such as sewing, gluing, or replacing costume parts, to maintain appearance and functionality.
  • Coordinate with the wardrobe or costume department to schedule deep cleaning or major repairs.
Event Support
  • Assist mascots during events or appearances by managing props, helping with crowd control, and ensuring performer safety.
  • Ensure mascots have necessary hydration breaks and assist with any adjustments required during performances.
  • Monitor costume conditions during events to maintain a high-quality presentation.
Storage and Inventory
  • Organize and store costumes, accessories, and props in designated areas to prevent damage.
  • Maintain an inventory of costumes and accessories, noting any missing or damaged items.
  • Track and report the need for replacement or additional costume pieces.


Skills Required

  • Ability to assist with costume dressing and undressing
  • Skill in basic costume maintenance and minor repairs
