Your Role at Delta Faucet:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform showroom display installations, including removal of previous display walls, installation of new cabinet system, and repacking the outgoing displays for return shipment.
  • Participate in Customer Sales events including commercial/contractor events and how-to clinics
  • Provide associate, store-wide, and district-wide product knowledge through in-aisle and classroom style training
  • Provide brand representation for an array of Masco products, including project and reset visibility
  • Maintain and grow relationships within our retail home improvement, hardware, and trade partners; ensuring goals and expectations are exceeded with quality service
  • Oversee project activities within the assigned territory, including scheduling, execution, and performance reporting, to ensure timely and successful delivery
  • Assist with new hire Masco Representative training
  • Manage individual expenses and budget
  • Support other MSS departments as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High School diploma or equivalency required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of home improvement, renovation, or construction industry
  • Effective communication skills with a team-based environment
  • Proficient with a computer and competence in standard office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% during periods of increased customer commitments
  • Possesses strong customer service skills and/or traits
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of audiences

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 70 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing for prolonged periods
  • Ability to operate power tools
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment including pallet jackets, ladders, etc.
  • Ability to operate a computer, using mouse and keyboard
