The Role You’ll Own —MarTech Product Manager
🎯 How Will You Make An Impact?
— Find growth points for marketing (based on market analysis or internal research): automation, new ways to optimize the creative production process, etc.
— Create and improve existing MarTech products: from discovery to full implementation.
— A/B testing infrastructure: maintain excellence in the operation of key services.
— Coordinate the work of various teams: Developers, Analysts, Creative Marketing.

🧩 What Makes You a Perfect Fit?

— 1+ year of experience in a Marketing role (Creative Marketing Manager, UAM, PPC, etc) or as a Product Manager.
— Knowledge of how creative marketing and creative production processes work (AI/UGC, webhooks, headlines), and their subsequent impact on user acquisition and key marketing metrics: Spend, ROI, CR.
— A passion for growth-hacking and automation: minimizing inefficiencies and multiplying ROI.
— Ability to explain complex matters simply: from a junior marketer to C-level.
