The MLE Traineeship

The MLE programme is a three-year traineeship consisting of three 12-month rotations. These rotations offer you a diverse range of experiences in different facets of our organisation. Immerse yourself in areas such as Demand (Sales, Category Management, Marketing), Supply (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics), and Digital (Data & Analytics, Project Management, Functional Applications & Strategy). As an MLE trainee, you will have the opportunity to:

• Participate in three dynamic rotations, providing insight into different leadership paths.
• Lead teams and initiate projects, allowing you to continuously develop yourself.
• Be part of our global trainee community, forge lifelong connections and contribute to a global business network.
   

We are looking for recent graduates with a master's degree in 2024 or 2025 who:

• Have a growth mindset, interpersonal skills and the ability to build confidence.
• A passion for a future career in leadership.
• A dedicated focus on learning and development, including outside your comfort zone.
• Innovative thinking and a willingness to bring fresh ideas to Mars.
• Be fluent in German and English.
