Position: Markit EDM

Location: Pittsburg, PA

Must Have: Prior experience working for a large Financial Services or Asset manager

Job Description:

• Design and development history indicating expertise across the full SDLC
• Prior experience of development and design on Markit EDM tool
• Prior experience working in an OLTP and a data warehousing environment
• Expertise in system architecture and development knowledge of Markit EDM tool
• Expertise in Oracle / SQL Server
• Strong data transformation skills (SSIS/ Talend/ AbInitio/ Datastage ETL/ PL-SQL)
• Ability to gather business requirements, perform analysis and establish/recommend data integration architecture
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications
• Experience of successfully implementing data mastering / integration projects on Markit EDM tool
• 5-7 years of experience in Oracle, SQL Server, T-SQL or PL/SQL. Familiarity with XML technology a benefit
• Hands on knowledge of any data integration tools such as SSIS, Talend, AbInitio or Datastage Exposure or skills in Big Data technologies or other MPP database systems would be added advantage.
