Job Description

Location: Remote (must be available during East Coast business hours)

Salary Range: $30,000 – $40,000 USD

Reports to: Manager / Senior Manager of Growth

Role Overview: 

The Growth Team at Acquco is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Marketplace Operations Analyst to support our e-commerce operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is curious, organized, and comfortable working with data in Excel, as well as eager to learn how to manage and optimize product performance on major eCommerce platforms. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate data records, monitoring product listings, and supporting projects that drive marketplace efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Input, update, and maintain accurate product and operational data across marketplaces.

  • Quality Assurance: Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing multiple sources and applying internal standards.

  • Marketplace Monitoring: Track listings for product changes, pricing, promotions, reviews, and errors across Amazon, Walmart, and other key sales channels to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimal visibility.

  • Listing Optimization: Manage and enhance product listings — including content, SEO keywords, variations, and attributes — across Home Depot, Wayfair, Lowe’s, and additional marketplaces, ensuring alignment with platform policies, category guidelines, and brand standards.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Use Excel (VLOOKUPs, formulas, tables) to analyze performance data and identify trends or discrepancies.

  • Collaboration: Communicate clearly with internal teams to clarify data needs, report findings, and ensure information is consistent across systems.

Who You Are:

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • A clear communicator—comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

  • Skilled in Excel, including use of formulas, tables, and VLOOKUPs.

  • Comfortable with data entry, validation, and light analysis.

  • Interested in online marketplaces (Target Plus, Lowe's, Wayfair, Home Depot) or eCommerce operations.

  • A problem solver who enjoys digging into data to find answers.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

  • 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce operations, online marketplace management, brand management, or data-focused roles 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
