📱 About Us

We are Mous. People deserve tech and lifestyle products that are fit for purpose, perform as promised and allow them to be their best. So we are building the go-to brand refreshingly focused on product so people can have just that. We have consistently built our in-house expertise and spent millions in research and development on our relentless pursuit to making the best products possible. Over the past ten years we have flipped the tech accessory market on its head, raising the standards and people's expectations. We've made cases that can protect phones dropped from cranes, engineered magnetic accessory ecosystems before MagSafe even launched, partnered with Google to make super thin cases, developed impact materials and waterproof constructions to make backpacks that confidently protect laptops and we're only just getting started!

We're creating products that empower people to be their best, whether they're on a wild adventure or commuting through the city. No matter what your everyday life looks like you can trust our products to remove frustrations, expand your experiences and help you to live without limits.

👋 About You

We are looking for an analytical and proactive Marketplace Manager who is looking to accelerate an already growing area. We’ll be asking you to hit the ground running, getting hand-on in the platform, understanding our current opportunities and quickly shaping the direction of the area.

As Marketplace Manager you will report into Emma Holmes, our E-commerce Lead. Excitingly, you will be responsible for the success of our Marketplace channel (predominantly Amazon). We have had huge successes in this area recently and we are looking for someone to understand the drivers of this success and apply these to our full product offering as well as scoping and prioritising new opportunities.

We boast in-house video and design teams capable of producing beautiful and commercially successful assets. You will interface with these teams regularly to ensure we are consistently optimising. We also have an in-house data team who provide custom dashboards and analysis to support in decision making. With this, we will look to you to build out and implement a winning go-to-market strategy for new products as well as applying optimisations to existing products. Following this, we will look to you to inform broader business strategy based on concrete learnings.

It's always been an exciting time to join Mous, but now so more than ever. Here's what we have in mind:

  • Around 2–4 years experience with a DTC brand, e-commerce aggregator, consultancy, or start-up
  • A 2:1 degree or higher under your belt (although this isn't a prerequisite)
  • Strong problem solver – never afraid to get stuck into the detail to uncover insights
  • Exposure to marketplace management, with an interest or focus on Amazon
  • A demonstrable commercial understanding with the ability to value and prioritise work ruthlessly
  • Proven analytical and Excel skills to build and evaluate hypotheses using data, with exposure to AB testing
  • Experience managing and developing a team, with a willingness to learn along the way
  • Agile and scrappy –you are action biased, embraceuncertainty with the tenacity to see things through to the end
  • An adept leader, you have the confidence to drive change with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • As an inclusive employer, we would encourage you to apply even if you do not strictly meet all of the above criteria.

Mous is an equal opportunity employer, and as a brand, we value authenticity and integrity. We strive to be different and know that if we are to create the most innovative products and deliver the best customer experience, we need to build a diverse team of individuals who can bring a variety of skills, experiences, and perspectives to the table. As a D2C business and heavy user of plastics, we understand (and take very seriously) our responsibility to the planet. To stay true to our word, we've placed "Planet" firmly in our key business objectives and have formed a dedicated team, alongside our cofounders, to build an ESG plan we're proud of. Ultimately, we want to create a better world through our actions and we're doing so across our products, how we transport from A to B, and socially.

What We Do

We are Mous. (Pronounced mouse, not moose.) We create industry-leading tech accessories, made with a laser focus on expansion and innovation. We enhance the everyday experiences our everyday customers have with their everyday tech, every day.

We started by designing phone cases which were ultra-protective, seriously stylish and expanded phones’ functionality by connecting to a range of modular accessories with custom magnetic arrays. Since then, our product range has expanded to include ecosystems of MagSafe® compatible and mechanical accessories, wireless chargers, MacBook sleeves and so much more.

Our products are for risk-takers and thrill-seekers as well as tech-lovers and city-dwellers. We create solutions to the problems that come from busy lives and outlandish adventures. These aren’t just tools or utilities, they’re crafted to enable and elevate your real life; not simply making your life easier, but actively making it better.

With products like these, the only limit is your imagination.
