Who you are:
As the Web Content & Interactive Marketing Specialist, you are all things digital marketing. You take the strategic priorities for Johns Hopkins HealthCare and bring them to life in the digital space while also ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. You take messages and tailor them to your specific audience, through social media, our website, texting, and emails.
What you'll do:
- Work collaboratively with Marketing team to develop omni-channel marketing solutions to communicate with prospects, members, providers and employees
- Assist in planning, developing collateral material, and implementing paid media campaigns and external communications
- Monitor compliance of digital marketing products and stay updated on regulations concerning our digital channels.
- Translate complex insurance products into language clear and comprehensible to readers unfamiliar with the subject matter; feature digital content and charts about insurance benefits and programs and/or lines of business profiles
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years' experience in digital marketing is required
- Managed Care Digital Marketing experience highly preferred
- Experience working on email platforms, content management systems is required
- WordPress experience is a plus
- Editing skills in the digital channels
- Must have demonstrated experience managing projects
- High level of interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary; superior attention to detail; ability to follow (minimal at times) instructions in a proactive manner;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
- High level of facilitation skills; ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or current enrollment in a Bachelor's program with a documented plan for completion.
