The Planning team builds and maintains strong client relationships as it produces all paid media deliverables for the client’s brand. Their focus is to think strategically about the business, develop business by building opportunities and actively lead to the planning process. This team effectively problem solves, generates innovative solutions and displays energy and passion for the work presented.  Mediahub strives to challenge the status quo by consistently looking beyond the quantitative.   • A self starter with strong communication and presentation skills who thrives on developing strong client relationships and managing businesses to specific results.
  •  Plays an active role in conflict resolution. Identifies, manages, and resolves problems before they escalate.
  • Strong strategic contributor with ability to assemble thought leadership POVs, proposals and reporting. Keeps current on media trends, integrations, industry benchmarks, etc.
  • Someone who will Align with client goals and act as a strategic partner to exceed them.
  • Must have ability to contribute at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Must have marketing & brand strategy expertise, be a proven ad agency leader & performer, possess excellent client service and team-building skills, and have a proven track record with securing new business
  • Manages solid Client relationships in order to more effectively sell ideas and contribute to positive agency evaluations.
  • Implements the processes for the management of the strategic and tactical execution of all media products across all teams.
  • Executes policies and plans of the media planning discipline and of the agency across all teams. Manages and creates platforms for communications across teams and across disciplines.
  • Responsible for developing the skill and knowledge base of those more junior as well as supervise, advise and counsel all members of the Planning Team. Motivates Planners and encourages innovation and creativity throughout all projects by serving as a role model across all groups/teams.
  • Assists to evolve all plan presentations. Helps evolve recommendations of long-term strategies.
  • Identifies and develops promising personnel with Human Resources; evaluates and communicates planning staff development needs in terms of rotation and promotion to ensure high quality personnel.
  • Leads teams in setting strategies for developing media plans.
  • Assists, where needed, to present and sell plans to agency management and Clients.

Bachelors degree in business administration/marketing preferred.

7+ years of agency experience required.
