Sr. Principal Product Manager: Unified Communications Applications & Integration Product Manager.

About the Role:
Windstream Enterprise is seeking a highly motivated Sr Consultant in Product Management. This role will be a key product owner position for development and life cycle management of UC applications and Integration's offerings for OfficeSuite Unified Communications.

Position Objectives

  • Own Product Management responsibilities for the UC desktop and mobile applications which enable voice, chat, SMS, presence, video portfolio as well as new enhanced functions to be determined.
  • Develop and maintain an API marketplace that enables integrations to business applications that span across CRM's, scheduling apps, vertical applications, via a developer community.
  • Working in an agile environment with developers to define and launch new services and features.
  • Plan, develop, and implement marketing plans to increase product penetration and ARPU of stated products
  • Provide Subject Matter Expert assistance on stated products.
  • Increase business revenue from the enterprise business segments by increase the number of products and services sold into the Windstream base of customers.
  • Develop effective prospecting offers to enhance Windstream's flow share of enterprise business customers.
  • Develop product packaging that enhances Windstream's enterprise product portfolio and enables the achievement of revenue and market share objectives.
  • Life cycle manage all stated products


Key Responsibilities

  • Working with user groups and internal teams to create requirements for software applications
  • Working in an agile environment with developers to create and manage user stories
  • Plan, develop, and implement marketing plans to increase product penetration and ARPU of stated products
  • Full ownership and accountability of the financial performance, to include profit and loss, and margin characteristics of stated products.
  • Engage Reporting groups to develop analytical reports and key performance indicators
  • Develop Forecast Models for and track financial performance for the products listed above.
  • Inter-departmental communications, including announcements of new business policies, product launches, and feature enhancements.
  • Engage with Marketing Communications to develop Product Collateral, Branding, customer case studies, graphics, and Industry and Market communications promoting Enterprise Data Products listed above.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, technology sales training and Subject Matter Expert assistance to both external and internal facing clients.
  • Work cross-functionally with all departments to resolve field issues, implement product changes, develop product offerings, and manage products listed above.
  • Development of pricing, product, and bundling strategies to combat competitive threats.
  • Provide Product Marketing support for Individual Case Base Product opportunities, such as Requests For Price and Technical ICB request.
  • Various business functions: Invoice payment approval, month end variance analysis, etc.


Do you have?

  • College degree and 5+ years professional level experience with at least 3-5 years developing and managing software applications and integrations for B2B services.
  • Direct Product Management experience, developing, launching, and supporting software applications and web functionality. Experience with Unified Communication is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a desire to be client-facing
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • High level of intellectual and technical curiosity
  • Demonstrated technical domain knowledge of one or more of the following Unified Communications and Contact Center as a Service

Minimum Requirements:

College degree and 10 years professional level experience with 3-5 years supervisory experience; or 14 years professional level related experience with 3-5 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience desired.
