The Team

The ETX Strategy and Planning team is a multi-faceted organization that is responsible for communication of the strategic evolution of our work and teams as well as the measurement against our strategic goals. The team serves to highlight and measure the vast and varying work while playing driving roles where needed.

The Impact

Own the strategy and execution of broad ETX communications in partnership with the Chief of Staff and other team members
Drive and manage the ETX Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy and supporting initiatives through partnerships with other ETX colleagues and Corporate DEI
Support the Chief of Staff in thoughtful planning and execution of strategic initiatives
Design strategic connectivity to enterprise goals and objectives.
Ensure connectedness of execution back to strategy and through to communications
Ability to visualize strategy and build sharable communications
Be a leader of change, requiring tremendous skills to influence, collaborate and lead in a heavily matrixed environment
Thrive in ambiguity and be willing to support the evolving needs of the organization

Minimum Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information clearly and appropriately handle sensitive information
Passion for driving Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within an organization
Comfortability and experience driving major decisions with data, with an ability to explain trends to audiences
Extremely organized, detail-oriented individual who is capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business priorities and a strong work ethic
Bachelor's degree
