About the Role:

BentoBox is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager of Retail Merchandising to join our rapidly growing team and focus on everything related to our largest industry partnership with Restaurant Depot. Reporting to the VP of Growth, this person will work with Business Development, Product Marketing, Sales, and Events to activate and bring our partnership to life. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and able to balance both the needs of the partner and BentoBox. In this role, it is critical that someone has experience working with field sales reps and has built out retail/in-store marketing experiences from pop-up events to merchandising kiosks. 

Our environment is fast-paced and requires balancing scrappiness with scale, gut with data, and planning with action. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Own strategy & implementation of all online and offline marketing activities to activate our partnership with Restaurant Depot
  • Craft, develop, and deploy an in-store merchandising program 
  • Collaborate with our partner & the relationship managers to ensure that the value proposition for BentoBox is communicated effectively
  • Field incoming co-marketing requests, identify new areas of opportunity, and prioritize activities according to impact and reach
  • Work with the events team to drive engagement at in-person events through sponsorship, content, and promotion
  • Support the delivery of the financial targets for sales-driven via the partnership
  • Manage the partnership marketing budget and KPIs; measure and report on success metrics to key stakeholders

Experience We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years in marketing, with a focus on retail merchandising, CPG, and/or physical channel partnerships
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong marketing storytelling skills via positioning and messaging
  • Experience building sales enablement content, including case studies, fact sheets, sales decks, and educational material
  • Experience working in offline marketing - i.e. events, retail pop-ups, etc. 
  • An ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and be a self-starter
  • Team player, with an ability to collaborate across functions and departments
  • Experience working with a field sales team
  • Highly organized, with an eye for detail and a knack for project management
  • Willingness to travel
  • Love for the restaurant industry; hospitality experience is a plus
