We are looking for a passionate Sr. Manager to lead our Marketing Technology, Email and Digital Operations team. You will innovate, build relationships and lead change to drive positive results. In this role you will define the MarTech roadmap for digital marketing maintenance and advancements while partnering with stakeholders to manage technology platforms.

This is a hyrbid on-site role, you will spend a few days a week in the office in the First National Tower and a few days working from home.

  • Experience effectively managing relationships with external technology vendors
  • Strong management practices


You will get the opportunity to:

  • Oversee our Marketing technology stack and the related workflows and processes, ensuring our existing processes are well-supported and that we are building for the future. Technology areas include:
    • Content creation and localization tools: such as Adobe AEM, Creative Cloud, Target
    • Social & Media content as well as CX Playback monitoring tools (Decibel Insights, etc.)
    • Campaign Management and execution tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Launch, Tealium, Bitly)
    • Work with our Data team to build and maintain our digital analytics (Adobe Analytics)
    • Daily maintenance and set up of segment logic, defining offline to online capabilities with segments, and integration with other MarTech data stacks
  • With marketing leadership, assist in defining the longer-term vision, architecture, and related design principles for MarTech
  • Effectively partner across all Marketing and UI/UX teams to understand the unique business and product needs of each business unit and ensure the technical strategy meets those requirements
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Act as a liaison into IT team on larger digital marketing/integration projects
  • Coordinate data collected through digital marketing and transfers to/from Enterprise Data Warehouse
  • Facilitate digital marketing tagging and set up via tag management system
  • Lead the team to execute within our email marketing channel, as well as build the strategy with marketing leadership
  • Oversee cardholder alerts delivered via third party email partners
  • Manage initiatives for cross platforms production to ensure consistency and connectivity with internal and external stakeholders and project managers
  • Maintain retargeting logic set up and maintenance across media partners and integration into FNBO systems
  • Vet new technology solutions
  • Research trends and stay on top of industry benchmarks


Your experience includes:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a relevant business area such as Marketing preferred; advanced degree in Business or engineering encouraged
  • 5+ years of IT experience is required
  • Previous experience with Marketing Technologies (Google platforms, tagging/measurement platforms, testing new targeting tools website structure/tagging, clean rooms, etc)
  • 3+ years experience acting as a manager, or equivalent (responsibility greater than individual performer is required)
  • Experience sourcing, adopting, and scaling marketing technologies to support operations
  • Exposure to/experience with programmatic marketing systems (DSP, DMP, ad serving, Social Ads API Platforms, etc.)
  • Agency and outside technology vendor management
  • Travel as required
