Sr. Manager B2B Content Marketing
Job Description:
Content is essential to a high-impact and efficient go-to-market strategy. We're seeking a B2B Content Marketing leader to further grow and enhance Pluralsight's reputation for crafting valuable and dynamic content that educates, inspires, delights and informs. This audience-first leader will manage a team of content strategists, who will together set the vision and strategy for creating world-class thought-leadership and buyer-focused content, in conjunction with our integrated campaigns and programs for 2022 and beyond.

What you'll own:
Content Marketing Strategy
- Orchestrate the effective and efficient use of content across multiple channels designed to best reach buyers and business decision-makers
- Align content efforts with product roadmap and company-wide integrated campaigns, while taking into account industry nuance and regional variations
- Effectively communicate content vision and roadmap to Brand Creative team for execution, working collaboratively to prioritize work
- Set and communicate content priorities through a shared content calendar
- Successfully manage and allocate content marketing budget to support team efforts and deliverables
- Proactively seek and create opportunities to work with the new media team to amplify content for B2B audiences
Experience you'll need:
- Demonstrated experience and success in customer-facing leadership roles
- Demonstrated proficiency in aligning the target audiences of content marketing programs and pieces with target customers
- Broad understanding of marketing specializations (digital, field, events, PR, sales) and a commitment to partnering cross-functionally to drive a unified vision and alignment across channels
- Proven experience in creating processes and systems needed to optimize team effectiveness
- Ability to derive valuable insights from data and apply this to continuously improve team outputs
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail
