Under limited supervision, this position plans and executes digital product strategy, technology/product development, technology/product support and/or customer engagement strategies in support of the company's product and service portfolio. Conduct market and competitive analysis, product analysis, digital industry and customer research to create and optimize the customer experience. Partner with cross-functional teams to define, implement and launch market-leading, customer-centric products or programs. Provide subject matter expertise to support strategic priorities. Maintains expertise on products and technologies through training and research and uses that training to drive and/or implement best practices and foster continuous improvement.
The Global Engagement Strategy & Design team has an opening for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist. This individual will contribute to the enablement and measurement of delivering continuous, connected, personalized treatments in key moments of the customer's business lifecycle. Key to this role will be a highly technical and analytical skillset. Core responsibilities will be building and enhancing experiences part of the customer lifecycle, measuring campaign performance and recommending opportunities for continuous improvement.
Senior Digital Marketing Specialist: Job Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design analysis and documentation, and support execution within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Content Builder and Journey Builder
  • Support campaign builds including the code development for email templates, cloud pages, forms, SQL queries, and API integrations
  • Develop marketing assets and establish required data feeds by working cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, and Analytics teams
  • Build reports and dashboards within SFMC, Datorama, and Adobe Analytics, to provide visibility into campaign results and effectiveness


Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related business discipline. Three (3) years experience in a digital marketing or digital product management environment or demonstrated knowledge gained through coursework or work experience in digital product management, and technology support. Strong ability to understand business and customer needs, customer and/or user experience management, product analysis and technology capabilities. Technical acumen. Strong collaboration, communications and analytical skills. A directly related Master's Degree is equivalent to two (2) years experience. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:

  • Strong history of executing digital campaigns or digital technology projects
    • Working experience with JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3/jQuery/AMPscript
    • Deep knowledge of building data extensions within SFMC
    • Knowledge of UI and user experience
  • Experience with setting up communication sends, content management, and data management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Automation Studio, Content Builder and Journey Builder, including data extension architecture, integration capabilities, and automation capabilities
    • Creation and sending of email templates (HTML and Content Blocks) and mobile push templates
    • Leveraging AMPscript, JavaScript and other SFMC scripting languages for email and web page personalization
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
  • Demonstrated experience with advanced analytical skills and developing actionable opportunities.
    • Experience with measurement & optimization of customer campaigns across digital touch points (Mobile, Online, Email, Search, Media)
    • Experience in leveraging reporting suites (e.g., Adobe Analytics, SFMC, Datorama) to build reporting

Domicile: This position will ideally be domiciled in Memphis, TN and Plano, TX.
Remote Work: The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
