Sr. Digital Marketing Manager

In this role you will take the lead on all search and retail advertising campaigns for one of our largest client accounts - a well-known brand in the consumer electronics and gaming space. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management including planning, goal setting, flighting, monitoring, optimizations, analysis, and reporting. The ability to work with large datasets, interpret data into actionable insights, and present to clients will be a key component in this role.

As the subject matter expert of this channel, you will be responsible for mentoring other team members and frequently engaging with clients on strategy, planning and performance. This role will have one direct report that will help support with campaign management.

What You Like To Do…

  • Provide leadership and subject matter expertise for all SEM and retail advertising activities across the Marketing Practice.
  • Be a mentor to the SEM Specialist and define their day-to-day responsibilities to help support with campaign management.
  • Engage with client(s) on strategy, planning and performance on a weekly basis.
  • Own day-to-day operations of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Amazon Advertising (i.e., sponsored brand/product ads) campaigns across multiple product lines.
  • Recommend monthly and quarterly budgets, outline testing & measurement plans, set up campaigns in platform, and manage bid strategies on a regular cadence.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and present SEM performance and insights to internal team and client.
  • Actively test ad copy messaging and targeting tactics, providing actionable insights to help inform future campaigns.
  • Responsible for the monthly billing process for all SEM activities
  • Work closely with other internal departments creative, account managers, and project managers as well as the rest of the media team to develop campaign ideas, align messaging, and optimize strategies.

What You Will Bring:

  • 4-6 years of SEM experience working within an integrated marketing agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Proven success building and managing campaigns within Google Ads, Bing Ads and Amazon Advertising (i.e., sponsored brand/product ads).
  • Experience managing campaigns in third party ad management tools is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet very tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and solution-driven approach to campaign management
  • Success managingmultiple complex projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong willingness to collaborate and engage cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated ability to thinkquickly, ask smart questions, and make recommendations in stakeholder meetings
  • Knowledge of the PC, gaming, and consumer electronics industry is a plus
