Position Specific Description

We are looking for an innovative and dynamic Sr. Digital Marketing Analyst to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for managing and analyzing social media, paid and organic search traffic, and website data across a large portfolio of digital projects. You will create and maintain KPI dashboards, analyze results, and provide ongoing analysis and reporting related to our digital project initiatives. This person will be responsible for conducting complex data analysis leveraging various analytics platforms, including Adobe Analytics and Power Bi. The ideal candidate is fluent in social media, digital advertising, and website metrics. Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with social, web, email, and content teams to identify optimization opportunities, review data trends, and calibrate on KPIs
  • Develop a social media measurement framework to track performance and drive optimizations and opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze website performance and marketing channel data to identify and implement strategies and tactics that optimize conversion rate and UX
  • Maintain digital analytics implementation and reporting best practices for Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other marketing platforms and systems
  • Create and maintain KPI dashboards/data visualizations and provide ongoing reporting related to the digital marketing initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to automate data from Sprinklr, Facebook, and Google to drive the development of real-time reports
  • Interpret data, analyze results, and articulate measurement needs, turn this into an action plan, and execute and deliver recommendations (qualitative or quantitative)
  • Create performance benchmarks across all channels and projects and calibrate quarterly
  • Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to present monthly reporting
  • Use analysis, visualization, and experiments to optimize traffic and improve conversion rates
  • Responsible for monitoring and analyzing ongoing digital channel performance and recommendations for optimization
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc performance reports utilizing Power Bi and PowerPoint
  • Manage marketing data collection and distribution that optimizes performance in a world of increasing data privacy and regulations
  • Assist in the development of new reporting tools & capabilities



What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience with website and digital marketing analytics for companies/agencies with extensive paid search and paid social marketing campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website, marketing, and digital advertising objectives and nomenclature
  • Detailed hands-on knowledge of Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
  • A proactive approach to responsibilities and problem solving
  • Dedication to customer service and the flexibility to meet the demands of assigned projects; enthusiasm and passion for getting the job done
  • Exceptional project management skills that will support the needs of coordinating with external agencies/resources, internal IT, creative resources, and management team.
  • Solid writing, verbal and overall communication skills, plus a comfort level in presenting to team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership
  • Always looking for and driving new ways to improve on current processes
  • Interest in learning and developing marketing, analytical, and creative skills
  • Desire to learn and grow in digital media knowledge and expertise



Job Overview

This job is responsible for assisting with projects from the earliest stages of concept and development through to successful completion on time, on budget and as measured by achievement of metrics.
