Social Media Coordinator

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of experience responding to social media communications
- Experience working with social monitoring technology
- Experience working with different social media platforms
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Job Summary
As the Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and watching social media dashboards showing any tweet or Facebook post mentioning anything relevant to our companies.
Responsibilities
- Manage social alerts distribution lists
- Monitor social media dashboard
- Identify and respond to social conversations
- Properly format and distribute social media alerts quickly and accurately to the appropriate individuals including senior and executive leadership
- Follow up on the resolution of social alerts and ensure resolution for all appropriate parties
- Develop and write social media content and copy to support broader marketing campaigns and initiatives
