Description & Requirements
As a senior member of the Product Marketing team- you will lead the development and execution of marketing plans that drive consumer engagement- acquisition- and retention. This individual will flex between product and growth marketing- working closely with Product- Strategy- Data and Design to position digital products- and bring them to market. As the Sr. Manager- Product Marketing you will have the opportunity to drive change and transform Kraft Heinz' digital presence.
Responsibilities

  • Lead product marketing strategy across your projects: you will be the voice of marketing across the development and go to market execution of your projects. You will lead the development of product value propositions- insights-driven product positioning statements and key messages that will serve as source of truth for internal and external product marketing communications.
  • Bring new products to market: leverage planning processes to lead cross functional teams through go to marketing planning (creative- media- social- crm- data etc.).
  • Test & learn to drive product evolution: work collaboratively with media- product- and data teams to lead the implementation of test and learn opportunities that will deepen our understanding of consumer behavior to increase engagement. Work with sr. product manager to ensure learnings inform product roadmaps and drive feature prioritization.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders: work with stakeholders across the organization- navigate conflicting opinions with empathy. Use business- brand- and product team objectives to evaluate marketing strategies and drive outcomes.
  • Sell through ideas: lead your team in selling through digital initiatives. Have a deep understanding of your audience and tailor communications to meet their needs and level of understanding.


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in marketing- product marketing or a related field.
  • Prior experience managing direct reports and/or external partners.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity to provide clear direction to your team - you are able to effectively manage up and delegate task when required to move projects forward. You have a strong ability to lead and influence teams to meet common goals and objectives.
  • You have a growth mindset and are eager to learn. You are a strong communicator- who can simplify complex topics for a variety of audiences.
  • Proven experience bringing new products to market with full funnel launch strategies and tactical go to market plans.
  • Proven ability to leverage data and insights to make informed marketing decisions. Ability to connect marketing and business objectives to show impact.
  • Experience working with a range of teams (product- data- insights- strategy- creative) and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A passion for emerging technology. You are on top market trends- and industry leaders who are driving change.

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness.
