About The Role
As the Senior Marketing Manager of Paid Social at Ethos, you will own and be accountable for all Paid Social performance, budget, and tools. Ethos is destined for big things and we are betting that you will take the initiative and contribute to our success! As a fast-growing startup, you will be working closely with colleagues across all teams and senior management.
Responsibilities
- Own paid social strategy for creative, account structure, and event optimization
- Ad platform account management
- Partner with internal teams (e.g. Creative, Analytics, MarTech, Growth Product) to effectively drive all aspects of Paid Social
- Manage client partner relationships
- Run analyses on Paid Social channel performance and implement findings quickly
- Demonstrate thought leadership by conducting tests, developing, presenting test results, and making recommendations for new processes and strategic tactics for Paid Social
- Function as the expert across Paid Social channels and stay up to date on industry/competitive trends and technologies, betas, and Paid Social best practices
Qualifications
- Proven track record of paid social success in-house at a high growth direct response B2C start-up. Fintech or Insuretech preferred.
- A deep knowledge of the digital landscape across Paid Social. Meta / Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest
- A minimum of 5 years of experience of direct response marketing experience with 3+ years managing Meta at a high growth company where Meta was critical to the company’s growth
- Advanced MS Excel and ability to work effectively with business intelligence tools (ex. Tableau)
- Experience managing 3rd party agencies/partners
- Excited by the chance to both develop a marketing strategy and hands on optimization
- Experience with adtech and data teams to prioritize your platform and measurement needs
- Have a rigorous approach to testing, iterating, and implementing learnings
