The Senior Manager – Paid Social role is a team lead role meant for a paid social advertising wizard who loves coaching digital marketers, assisting on strategy & account management and directly managing larger digital ad accounts. This individual craves working at the intersection of online advertising execution and fast start up growth.

 

We are looking for someone with a passion for paid social who wants to join a fast-growing, fun digital agency that is hyper-focused on client performance and ROI. The ideal candidate is confident in their ability to drive improvements in account performance, but also to manage and develop some of our awesome talent.

Client & Team Revenue Oversight:

  • Serve as the main point of contact and client team lead for 2-3 larger MT clients
  • Manage a team of 1-5 Account Managers and Sr. Account Managers
  • Revenue & retention responsibilities for team accounts
  • Participate in onboardings, renewal calls, and other important client communications
  • Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning
  • Analyze performance data and KPIs
  • Create and deliver quarterly performance reviews for your direct reports
  • Run weekly team meetings to track progress toward client & team goals

Paid Social & Process:

  • Maintain excellent standards and quality of service
  • Think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results
  • Contribute to projects, process changes, and roll-outs
  • Assist with and run advanced trainings on new features and services
  • Create best practices, and assist in developing process documents

Qualifications:

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ Years total professional experience
  • 2+ Years of direct paid social client management including Facebook advertising strategy development, execution & client relationship management
  • 1+ Year in a supervisory role directly managing other digital marketing professionals
  • Strong data analytics and strategy background, including experience using Google Analytics
  • Experience presenting digital marketing strategy to C-Suite and executive audiences
  • Comfortable optimizing toward back-end metrics from a CRM such as Salesforce
  • High-level Excel proficiency
  • Time management and problem solving skills
  • Not afraid to get in the weeds, but still able to see the trees, forest, and ecosystem
  • Exceptional communication skills & interpersonal skills
  • An eagerness to work as a member of a fast-growing team

Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Directly managed paid social budgets of $200,000+ in monthly ad spend
  • Experience managing LinkedIn, Pinterest or Twitter advertising in addition to Facebook
  • Experience directly managing both retail & lead generation paid social efforts
